Shampoo (if included in the set): Wash your hair with shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner: Apply an appropriate amount of conditioner to damp, washed hair.
Gently massage it through the entire length of the hair, especially the ends.
Leave on for 2–3 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work, then rinse with water.
