1. Place the mask in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes (cooling) or immerse it in hot water for a few minutes (warming).
2. Cleanse and thoroughly dry the facial skin.
3. Apply the mask to the face, aligning the openings with the eyes, nose, and mouth.
4. Relax and leave the compress on for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Remove the mask, wash it with warm soapy water, and dry before the next use.
