1. Put the mask in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes (cooling) or immerse it in hot water for a few minutes (warming).
2. Cleanse and thoroughly dry your facial skin.

4. Relax and leave the compress on for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Remove the mask, wash it with lukewarm soapy water and dry it before next use.
