1. Place the mask in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes (cooling) or immerse it in hot water for a few minutes (warming).
2. Cleanse and thoroughly dry your facial skin.
3. Apply the mask to your face, aligning the openings with your eyes, nose, and mouth.
4. Relax and leave the compress on for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Remove the mask, wash it with lukewarm water and soap, and dry it before using it again.
